The Sheridan Housing Action Committee (SHAC) is a community-based organization that facilitates affordable workforce housing by building strong partnerships and offering innovative services. SHAC offers programs and services in three main areas:

2010 Income Limits.  All our programs are income qualified. Your income cannot exceed the amounts listed below based on your household size.
